Phoenix Rising

dscn0074.jpgPhoenix Rising~ Bon Jour, mes Amis!

I feel like the Phoenix rising from the ashes today as I re-begin my writing as your peripatetic reporter/philosopher/commentator in this beau monde of ours. Inspiration has arrived in the form of several beautiful women who are working to make a difference and I want to join their ranks and learn how to navigate this brave, noveau monde of internet musings, et j’espere to entertain and shake you up un peu.

La soleil is shining ici, the air feels clean et fraiche, and toute est magnifique dans ma vie parce que j’ai mon amour, mes amis, ma famille, et ma sante, et vous, cher readers–merci a Dieu. Let’s begin notre aventure ensemble maintenant et let life, love et plaisir dans les choses simples y belles be our guiding course~

A bientot jusque demain~

Cooing of the Doves

Le Printemps~”Love is in the Air”

Awoke after a late night ( 3 am bedtime~sacre merde!) setting up ma nouvelle BLOG~The Nirvana Network ~to hear the cooing of the gray doves. The gorgeous little creatures who seem to love to make their Printemps nest on my balcony.

C’est tres interessant observer the comings and goings of these gentle creatures who represent Peace et Amor. Last year, 3 little eggs were produced in the nest formed in one of my abandoned plant pots on the hanging shelf in a cool. protected site. The dedication of the doves~both father and mother in keeping the eggs warm, feeding and caring for them-was incredibly touching. Through rain, wind and cool temperatures, they sat on their eggs for hours at time. Not caring about their own needs for food, water, or sleep, their sentintal~like exsitence was rewarded by Les Trois…3 bebes who raised their tiny heads up for nourishment and attention.

Sadly, after hatching and growing for a couple of weeks, they all  died…to the surprise of us all…mother dove, father dove, myself et mon amor…we all cried.

Let this year be diffferent…let these innocent creatures survive…let them spread their peace and love to the world…we all need it so much!
